Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are considered part of the unique artisan nature of the product and are not considered defects.


Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible cases may qualify for:

Refunds

Exchanges

Once handmade production, personalization, or shipping has started, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
